Diversified Services NA was started by Acie Smith in 2012. At the young age of 17 Acie knew that he wanted to be an HVAC technician. As he began his adult career working with his father his love for the work grew. After spending several years learning from others he finally took a leap of faith and started Diversified Services. As time went on and his abilities grew, so did his company. Fast forward many years and he now owns and operates one of the best, most honest HVAC companies in NW Arkansas. With dedication to making sure every job is done like it is his own house and the ability to stand behind all jobs with honesty and integrity he is one of the most successful HVAC companies around.
Here at Diversified Services we take pride in what we do. Our goal is not to be the fastest, but rather the best. We pride ourselves on not only using the highest quality material, but also maintain a high level of expectations. We believe that doing things right the first time will save the customer in the long run. From start to finish we always place the customer first with any work we do.
Diversified Services differs from the competition in the fact we install higher grade products knowing it will cost us more, but gives the consumer a much higher quality product which in return will aid in lasting longer with fewer problems and lowers ownership cost. Sure we here at Diversified could use cheaper material, but that is a disservice to the consumer and we will not do that. Our goal is to make a customer for life, not just the first year. The work we do is not a job, it’s a passion for us.
