Began as a helper, shop hand, helper in residential housing, helper in commercial, lead man in residential installs, lead on commercial jobs, Superintendent, Business owner for 12 years.  

At the young age of 16 Acie knew HVACR was his passion after learning the trade from his father Bill Smith, and eventually his father told him it was time to go work for someone else.  He went to work for a large mechanical company where he learned the commercial side.  After a series of three more large companies, he felt the time was right to open his own company, and that’s where Diversified Services was born.  With the help of his wife Alisha, and friend Ricky they started their dream.  At the beginning Alisha would handle all day-to-day office jobs, and Ricky and Acie would do the field work.  After 12 years of business, they have their son Connor working with them to learn the business and added 16 more team members that they consider their family.  And now the sky is the limit for them Diversified Services.
